The Transfer feature in the Finance Cashier interface allows users to move funds between accounts or to another user’s account quickly and securely. This guide will walk you through the process of completing a transfer, detailing each step. The Transfer tab is designed for users to transfer funds from one account to another. It offers a simple interface to select the source and destination accounts, as well as the transfer amount.


Steps to Make a Transfer

Step 1: Navigate to the Transfer Tab
  • Open the Finance Cashier interface.
  • In the top navigation bar, click on the Transfer tab (third tab from the left).
Step 2: Select the From Account
  • In the from account dropdown menu, select the account from which you want to transfer funds.
  • The account selected will be displayed, along with details such as your username and account number
  • If you have multiple accounts, you can choose the desired one by using the dropdown.
Step 3: Select the To Account
  • In the to account dropdown menu, choose the account where you want to send the funds.
  • This can be another account of yours or an external recipient account.
Step 4: Enter the Transfer Amount
  • In the Amount field, enter the exact amount of money you want to transfer.
  • The amount entered should be in the default currency of the platform (in this case, EUR or as defined by the system).
Step 5: Confirm the Transfer
  • After filling in the necessary details (From account, To account, and Amount), review the information to ensure accuracy.
  • Once you're ready, click the Transfer button to initiate the transfer process.
