Forgot Password, what to do?

Click on "Forgot Password?" - On the login page, below the "Sign in" button, click on the link labelled "Forgot Password?".

• Enter Your Registered Email Address - On the password recovery page, enter the email address associated with your account, make sure the email address is correct to receive the reset instructions.
• Submit the Request - Click the “Submit” You will see a message confirming that the password reset instructions have been sent to your email.
• Check Your Inbox - Open your email inbox and look for an email with the subject "Password Reset Instructions" from the platform. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

• Follow the Link in the Email - Open the email and click on the link provided to reset your password. This link is typically valid for a limited time, so ensure you reset your password promptly.

• Enter a New Password - After clicking the link, you will be directed to a page where you can create a new password.

• Confirm Your New Password - Re-enter the new password to confirm and click “Reset Password”.

• Reset Password done - Once confirmed, your password will be updated, and you can log in with the new password.
