  • Check Browser Compatibility - Ensure that you are using one of the recommended browsers, if you are using an outdated browser version, update to the latest version. Our platforms may not support Internet Explorer or older versions of browsers.
  • Clear Cache and Cookies - Browser cache and cookies can store outdated or corrupt information, causing loading issues. After clearing, close and reopen the browser. 
  • Disable Browser Extensions - Certain browser extensions (ad blockers, pop-up blockers, etc.) can interfere with website functionality. Temporarily disable all extensions, then try accessing the platform. If the issue is resolved, enable extensions one by one to identify the problematic one.
  • Check for Browser and Device Updates - Ensure that your browser and device’s operating system are up to date. Software updates often include bug fixes and improvements that could resolve browser issues.
  • Ensure a Stable Internet Connection - Make sure you are connected to a stable and fast internet connection. Slow or intermittent connectivity may cause browser loading issues. Test your internet speed using an online speed test tool. If you are on a slow connection, try switching to a stronger Wi-Fi or wired connection.
